Every year we celebrate women’s time by having a large amount of enthusiasm, bonhomie and fanfare. And I also have always been happy to be invited by some company or institute or college to celebrate Women’s Day I get treated to a wonderful show of women talent and capability with them where, in return for a lecture on Women Empowerment. We have to connect with ladies who inspire due to their tales of dedication, challenges and survival.This time I happened to be honored to consult with a wonderful organization called Bosch, where a big amount of staff are females. Definitely charged and enthusiastic women that are young in several functions. The talented and spirited young women sang, danced, mimicked and recited poetry on females energy through the social system. Just just What actually hit me personally through the brief connection I experienced they gave each other; appreciating and applauding each others performance.The message I wanted to convey through my speech was exactly this with them, was the support and encouragement !

On International Day for women, huge sentiments are expressed in regards to the power of females and lots of proverbs and poems directed towards ladies. It is good to own a particular time on your own where you stand glorified to a spot to be dazed, honored, granted etc.

All of this is fine talk that is.Then let’s the afternoon most likely this hype about women’s time subsides, whenever I have always been cut back to mother nature – My true spot.

We ask, exactly why is that after a great deal understanding and acknowledgement of a woman’s share to life ,society, family members and work; saluting her energy, resilience, sacrifice she is still considered just 2nd to males and treated like a rate citizen that is second ? (more…)
